Etsy doesn't publish listings

I'm experiencing an issue with publishing new listings on Etsy. When I attempt to create a new listing:

1. The process seems to complete without any error messages.
2. My payment account is charged the $0.20 listing fee.
3. However, the new listing does not appear in my shop dashboard.
4. The listing also does not show up in my store's public page.

This is preventing me from adding new products to my shop. Has anyone encountered this problem or know how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm unable to get help from Etsy customer support:

I've tried contacting them through the chat feature.
No one is responding to my support requests.

How long has it been since you listed it? Sometimes there is a delay in new listings showing up in shop. Sometimes it's a few minutes but other times it can take much longer. When I look at your shop and sort by most recent I see 2 that appear to have been listed today.

appear to have been listed today. Should there be more?

They have started having a delay before the product shows of somewhere between 1 to 5 minutes a lot of the time. It probably has something to do with how fast they have set the listing pages to refresh. I know, it is a pain in the b*tt, but eventually they do show up.
