messages disappearing

Glitch??

Received messages this morning from a repeat customer.

On my phone, I can see our current and previous messages from years ago.

Went to my desktop to respond, and they are NOT there. 

Had to search in messages for her name, and luckily they appeared.

Check your spam folder, the AI went rogue again. It could be that it won't turn up in the spam folder until 24hours has passed
