Etsy will suspend your message privileges if you send out too many. 
Your shop says you’re in Utah but your items say they ship from India. Which is it?

Looks like you are being less than honest about your shop location. If you were really in Utah, you would have Etsy Payments and not just PayPal.

Ships from India but you say your location is US?  Not exactly truthful.  Even the name of your shop?  Honestly I'm not sure what to make of your shop.

If you attempt to market your shop through Etsy messages, you won't have Etsy messages.  The system considers that spamming.  It will restore after a short time but if you do it again, again your messages will be shut down.  Is this what you are doing?  Other than that I don't know what it may be,

you have 'trasted shop' in your header. And the grammar is not as a US person would write, so I'm also concerned that you're not being truthful for your location.

I'm guessing 100% trasted shope is supposed to be trusted shop.
