The issue is that my customer placed two separate orders for a total of 23 mugs, all going to the same address. To streamline the process, I shipped all 23 mugs in one package.
To simplify order management, I manually marked the first order as completed and used only the second order for tracking and shipping updates.
All 23 mugs were delivered on time in one package. However, the Etsy system seems to have flagged the first order as late, which affected my eligibility for Star Seller status.
I believe this is a system issue. Could you please review this matter?

"Could you please review this matter?" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

To avoid that problem when you ship and mark the one completed you need to enter the tracking number that was used to ship. We often combine orders and this has always worked.
I followed the process exactly as described. I entered the same tracking number for both orders, and in my order history, I can see that both orders have the same tracking number.
