when someone makes more than one order but uses the same shipping address for both i ship the orders together.  i just looked at my star seller stats and every time i mark the second order shipped/completes  and add the tracking number the second order is noted as NO TRACKING ADDED!

this has lowered my star seller stats for "on time shipping and tracking"

i down loaded my order history to see what orders did not have tracking and all of them were from me adding the tracking manually to a second order.

how to do fix this? 

help!!

We've double-checked the orders that has affected your Star Seller and as we compare the tracking numbers of these orders to the first order, it seems that the last digit of the tracking numbers are missing. As a result, they were tagged as no tracking number on your Star Seller. Moving forward, when adding the tracking number on the second order, we strongly recommend double-checking them and making sure that they are correct before saving. 

 

In the event that you've added incorrect tracking number or shipping carrier, you have three days to make changes to the tracking number or shipping carrier. For more information about this, you may check out this Help Article.

@antiqueprintstore: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status aand Star Seller stats auto update.

Sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to update.

Make sure the tracking number is correct.  Any error has to be corrected in 3 days.  It's easy to transpose a number.

Did both emails get sent to the buyer?  So you fill in the message as well as the tracking to send to the buyer?
