I have products that are made to order digital items. The customer placed her order and provided the personalization info. But the order went straight to "Completed" even though I wasn't given a chance to upload the custom file, then the relisted item switched from 'custom made' to 'instant download'. The status of the sale reads as "Delivered" but when I open the "View files" link it shows as "In Progress" and there are no files. This has happened twice in the past 24 hrs. I had to send the files to the customers email. But this error continues to happen and needs to be fixed.
Is this happening to anyone else?
