made from scratch button does not work

It doesn't populate when you click on it , all other buttons work while editing or making a new listing

@NiciLaskin  @DragoninKnots  For pity's sake; how can people list when the Made From Scratch button is malfunctioning (rhetorical Q). Can you by chance use Copy > Edit to create your listing?

still not holding and as per Etsy support there is no problem we should just use the app , I ca't right now with them , the app is not working at all , can't upload any photos . so I guess just list on the laptop and forget about the non sticking buttons

@NiciLaskin   Sorry but mine is now holding.  It didn't a week or so ago but it is now.

Have you tried cleaning out cache and cookies?  Using a different browser?  I ran my utilities clean up and that might have helped.

I've noticed if you put assembled from supplies and you pick tools by hand in the next section, only the tool option will show.  The coding can not be right here.

the core details are still kookoo for a few of my new handmade listings in my other shop.

The "assembled with some purchase parts" will not stay clicked.

only the "hand held tools" stays on. 

edited to add:

right after I said the above, I went to the app and was able to edit the core details on 2 listings to where they are supposed to be. 

I checked on my computer after and edited the same listings again to check, and they were good to go.

another workaround. The app ain't all crap?

"Made from scratch" not holding for me now - Firefox.  Tried clearing cookies, etc. and different browser.  I don't have (or want) app.  Any new ideas?

Its still not working for me , Etsy said to use the app , however right now the app keeps crashing on me since about a week or so ,
