Did you update the dispatch date on the order?
Your customer has no control over the dispatch date, you do. What was the mistake? did they not reply or on time? You need to set conditions, if they do not comply, cancel and refund or extend dispatch date
How frustrating for you. I don't think there is anything you can do about it, except keep doing you star seller thing. Next month it will be back
You either need to despatch on the correct date or move out the ship date to a later time. To extend the shipping, click on the 3 dots next to the order and select "Update ship by date". I think it lets you extend it by a couple of weeks. There is also an option there to send a note to the buyer.
Unfortunately, nothing will be done to rectify this by Etsy as the system has worked as it should.
Just add a new tracking number to your order and it will show up as delivered if it’s already delivered - I had to do this when I shipped with sendle as they don’t use usual tracking number it’s 6 digits code but once I updated the system did everything was fine.
