I was asked for my tax payer information. I gladly went to enter it.
but on that page, they have my first and last name "as my first" and so no last name.
then it won't let me change that of course, need to upload a legal name change document from the goverment.
can't just enter tax number and then i'm locked out.
so, I can't reach anyone, i can leave a "how can we help you in the future" message....
but they want us to give excellent customer service and I can't call, request a call even in the future, or email them.
don't tell me you can, i clicked on everything, "contact us" is a drop down menu... that goes nowhere.
So, I filled out an application for appeal. I was required to choose one of 3 infractions to send it.
I agreed to my making an infraction just so I could get word to someone someplace so I can ship two orders.
I have done nothing wrong.. they have an issue with the program and I am unable to enter my correct information.
I can't even tell ETSY of this issue.
some day someone will open my appeal due to an infraction I didn't commit and maybe contact me?
but at what point point? after I can't ship and get two bad reviews that they won't remove? I'm a five star sell since 2008 and I have to write to a bunch of non ETSY employees about an issue they probably won't read and then can't help with.
