locked out after an email form someone I don't know

Hi Can anyone help please, this morning a got an email from a lady saying someone had bought $900 worth of stuff from my shop which I thought hang on scam and when I went to log it it says invalid email address so I emailed etsy to see what's going on and not heard back and still can't log in.
I am in France but the etsy number I got isn't answering can anyone help please.

Try restarting your device/computer. If your email auto fills try typing it in manually, try another browser. If on app, delete and reload it. They are slow on emails, but maybe one of those will get you going again. Your shop is still there so must me a sign in glitch.

even without an account, you can go to your shop, and click on your sold items, to see if you think they are new sales

Your shop is online and showing 205 listings.  Hope this information helps if you are locked out and can't log in.

Something is definitely going on with your shop, you have mask listings for over $100.00 each, one of them at $134.00.

if you feel you might have been hacked you can try to contact Etsy at integrity@etsy.com

but contacting them gets more impossible by the day, so I don't know if that will work.

Did you also get an email notifying you of a change of email address on your account? This sounds like your shop account might be compromised. I'd at least reach out to Etsy support immediately -- they tend to shut down shops that have been hacked fairly quickly, but then take a few centuries to actually get back to you.

Did you click on anything in the email?  Did you get an email has changed from Etsy?  If so your account may have been hacked.

Contact us under Community in the shop manager.   https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling#issue_sell_payment_options-contact_selec...   Usually I don't list this.  When contacting Etsy make sure to put reason in the header and give very specific information.

Hi an update my shop als crafty corner is still not back working all they say when I phone up is you will get an email when they have fixed it but this is getting ridiculous now all this time and nothing I did wrong.
I phone the number 353 1513 7100 Ireland number and I am getting no where with the woman she won't tell me what's gone on or what they are doing I have really had enough now.

that phone number is part of etsy's legal imprint for the EU, so this is not an IT issue, or something simple to fix, it's with lawyers

If this is a fraud case, it could take a long while to go through the legal processes - and they are probably very limited in what they can disclose

I have logged another email to etsy and hope they will get back to me with some sort of idea what's going on and should I open another shop to sell my items because I am loosing money by sat doing nothing.

Your shop does not exist on Etsy.  I tried the name and nothing came up so if the shop was hacked it is gone.  And yes where it is mentioned comes up on Google but not your shop.  All references are to Pinterest and other places and are from 2018 and 2019.  The few I looked at show that the items are not available. 

The link you gave, is that to an actual website that Etsy gives permission the owners to sell shop owners items on, one you decided to sell on or one of the many fake sites looking credit card numbers?

I clicked on the frenchguiana link - it has craft supplies and here and there listings that look like yours - e.g. the flamingo ipod case (for 37 euros).  All seems very strange. I hope you're able to figure out what happened AND recover anything that was stolen.

Etsy removed it when I phoned them when it all happened, the website is Dubai and another one says they ship from Guiana so not sure etsy would be selling like that on these sites they don't look very good. I messaged the websites and told them to remove the listings with my brand on them as it is being investigated with fraud going on.
I won't be using the name again because god knows what they are using my brand name with it will all be dodgy I am so upset with all this it takes years sometime to get repeat customers and I was getting there and now having to start all over again all those years down the drain.

Etsy never got back to me about my shop it's a disgrace, it wasn't my fault yet i'm the one suffering I have written off that shop now after i got sick of ringing them and getting no where. Etsy is the worst of anywhere I have sold
