location disappeared

Hi, suddenly my store location disappeared and I can't insert it, if I click on save it doesn't do anything, can you tell me what to do?

Other sellers have reported this happening this week. You will have to contact Etsy as the normal troubleshooting has not worked

Hi, thanks for your time , I contacted Etsy chat, I should receive an email from the technical staff, I was hoping for some help here on the forum, but if it happens to others it depends on Etsy

I have seen several sellers post this same issue, and nothing seems to work.

You could try going into Chrome, open your shop on Etsy.com (not the dashboard)

And try and edit your shop there, it seems available for me to do it both in the browser and the dashboard, so it is not affecting all shops

Same here. Contacted three support advisors, still awaiting the email from one of them. Another told me that they are aware of this issue and there's no date for fixing this bug. It will take them 10-14 days to answer me again. Seems a massive problem, although not affecting all the shops.
