listings problems

A few days ago one of my listings was deactivated by Etsy. On the auction was sold pet beds. They are made by us from sheep skins that we tan ourselves, by the way. I reported it but so far I have no response. What surprised me the most is that we did not receive any information before deactivating the listing.

Could be a bot that found a word or phrase in your listing. Etsy will not tell you ahead of time that a listing is going to be removed.

That's what I think too, but I've been writing to Etsy support for 3 days asking for help and no one has written me back. And because of this I am only losing customers.
