listings in shop manager gets scrambled once I relist them

After I relist an expired item it becomes scrambled and mixed into the newly listed mix and some I can not even find after looking at 3 pages.

I noticed that since this happened all my sales disappeared as well. 

I went to chat and got an AI bot that spewed back exacly what I said to it and then asked if it answered the question, lol.   When I asked for someone to talk to it also said okay to having someone to talk to and then no one came after 10 minutes of waiting.

I'm seeing this recently too, even though I have always set it to show "Expiring latest" so I can see my most recent listings.  I think this happens periodically due to where the 4 month expiration date falls - right now, everything is expiring Feb 28th, since there is no Feb 29-31st.  So the past 4 days of renewals and new listings all show the same date.  It's always been this way - Etsy's computer can't handle the date variations!

Are you saying this is happening on your Orders and Shipping page, or you think this is a reason you aren't getting any sales recently?

that makes sense.  I bet that is what is happening with my listings since it's just the ones from the last few days.

it's happening to me to for the last day or so.  I thought I was losing my mind for a second when I couldn't find the listing I just made and then saw it was not in order LOL. 

my sales have not disappeared to my knowledge though.

It seems to be with the new listing form after they changed the view shipping cost they added to the form.  I just can not find some of the relisted items.  They are all scrambled.
