listing wont allow details.

when I make a listing it will not allow me to add pictures,add tags or a description.

and list the item I am looking to list some drive hooks I have made.

I found that this happened after being somewhat critical of Etsy on the forums albeit fair considering they have allowed commercial goods when it was originally meant to be hand crafted items.

perhaps no correlation but I find it difficult to believe.

just for when someone replies to contact etsy support please understand that out of the 6 time I have contacted them 3 time have I been able to actually get help from them,so 50 % chance of being resolved through them.

What error message are you getting? Or what is happening when you try to upload the photos?

Are you using the app or the website?

App - ensure the app is up to date.

Website - start a new browser session. Try a different browser. Clear cache.

no error message using the website browser is slightly out of date but not enough to effect sign in or use.

are your pictures square, not portrait

and if not square, landscape max 4:3

pictuers are the same as have been for the past 3 monthes and last 4 listings

I have tryed a new browser with a private browser are no results.

Have you tried to copy a very similar listing, change out the photos and edit after publishing the copy

just tried that and thanks for the suggestion,It is still loading but seems to not clear as it has a constant loading bar going around in a circle.

don't know what happened but this seems to have worked somehow,had to reload the page and refresh the browser but it seems to now be listed.

please fix your stuff Etsy or I will just switch to Ebay  altogether as things tend to sell better on there anyways.
