When I opened my store on my desktop, I saw that all of the photos had become enlarged and didn't fit into the listing frames. However, when I opened my store from my phone, the situation had not changed and everything looked the same as before. Why do my photos appear enlarged on my desktop computer and why does the image quality appear to have decreased?
The same thing is happening for me as well.
Hi, there have been several Threads re: this photo issue. Here is a large one.

It was first surmised to be a user based test, which of course not everyone is seeing. As with all tests however, we know many Buyers are viewing (or not viewing), the same thing. One Seller was told by Chat Support that it was a permanent change, and advised to edit her photos accordingly. But we're not sure the Chat person was accurate with that information; it seemed others were unaware (test vs. permanent change, vs. glitch, etc.).
There has been no Announcement from Etsy regarding this photo issue as of yet. So it's probably best not to edit any photos at this point.
@ChillwolfArtis absolutely correct. IF this is a test, and you "fix" your photos you are only fixing them for those in the test --- but more importantly you are also breaking them for everyone else.
