I am a very very attentive seller and I care deeply about customer service. I cannot remember a time that I have not answered a client within 24hrs!! and yet I still never seem to get past the 95% like I do with both my other categories.....????? my shop shows 4 messages unread and has for a few years??? I have no idea how to find them and delete them.....could this be bringing my score down. I have been so diligent especially since I learnt about the star seller badge.......Please Etsy administration could you review my account and help me finally find a way to delete the 4 pending messages....im very frustrated because I care soooooo much about customer service . its a very important part of my character and I like to shine that through to my customers. I always offer 100% customer satisfaction if on a rare occasion I have an unhappy customer....they are always welcome to send anything back for full refund cause I stand by my products.........PLEASE help figure this out cause I know I deserve the star seller badge. Also there used to be a customer service number where I could trouble shoot with an Etsy employee but it no longer exists??? it seems the number is only for customers now. I was so disappointed about that change. it was so very useful in the past.
