Mobile app is showing 5 open orders, one is 807 days overdue

My mobile app is showing 5 overdue orders. These are most certainly not overdue. Can they be removed somehow or am I forever stuck seeing them when I log into app?

it may just be message notifications ( messenger Etsy test on Friday resulted in all old messages showing new and this showed in notifications , go into your messages to find out

No these have been on my app for years. There is number 5 where the orders tab is on the bottom, then when you go into orders its showing 5 open but overdue orders.

@SWKfabricsHave you tried uninstalling the Etsy app, then reinstalling it?   That should wipe any wrong information and start with current info.

When something is off in the app the first step is to turn your phone off and then back on.  We rarely turn our phones off these days and sometimes they need a restart.

If that doesn't work, then either accept those will always show up (they don't have any effect on anything--other than being an annoyance), or delete and reinstall the app.

You can go to Help and request Etsy staff close completed orders, but it may take a few days or weeks for a reply.
