Please , I received an International order from France ,the customer paid the VAT and everything is correct, her address etc.. but when I try to print the label shows up a small window on the left upper corner saying:ADDITIONAL INFO REQUIRED(there is a little car on the side) and at this point doesn't let me print and doesn't inform what is missing..... which information ETSY is asking for!!!
I don't know what to do, I refreshed the page but didn't help.
Any suggestion, I am late with this order!!!
Thanks Gina
Did you fill in the tariff code number?
Have you added the tariff number? Do you have your French packing licence?

Glad it worked : )
This just happened to me today. I noticed the tariff number was missing. I typed in the VAT number but that didn't work but down below it gave me a tariff number to use. I typed it in, and it was all set.
