in a endless loop with support... Not seeing support request replies.

Etsy Seller of 5+ years...
Been trying to solve this issue for a good week now.

Long story short after being required to update tax payer ID (everything was ok and i didn't update anything...) the system kept saying my info couldn't be verified and then the store has been put on vacation mode to review the info.

My info are now reviewed and accepted but my store is still on vacation mode.

I have reached multiple time with support but i cannot see any of the replies from support.

In my support request list  i see there is new activity but then all i see are my own messages. I don't get email nor notification.

The request are closed and problem is not solved.
i keep opening request to report issues to which i don't get or can't see the replies.


Tried multiple browser and app. I just can't see the replies the support send me and therefore cannot solve my issue.

Etsy slogan is now "keep commerce human" wish i could talk to someone live as a long time seller...

if anyone figured it out, please advise...
