when I try to log in to my account I can see this message "You may be unable to access your account."

I don't know what happened.

Your shop appears to be closed. Check your emails to see if Etsy contacted you (check junk mail folder).

Also note : if Etsy closes your shop for any reason, you will not be permitted to open a new one.

Were you making all of those items yourself?  Were you using any designer names or logos?
You might have been reported for reselling. If you were handmaking everything yourself, then keep trying to contact Etsy as they are the only ones who can straighten it out for you.
