i am not receiving a call back with a login pin

i have been trying to log into my account for over 1 month and i cant seem to get in. when i try it tells me that i will receive a call with a login pin but i never get a call. i have sent several emails and i follow the instructions to the fullest and still don't have any luck. thank you.

Did you enable 2 factor authentication? If so, use one of your backup codes.

I see no shop associated with the account you are posting from. Did Etsy close your shop?

Perhaps the messages were not from Etsy.  I've not heard of a login pin being provided by Etsy.  It is possible your shop was hacked.

i know this sounds crazy but i have tried and it ask me to enter a login code from a call but i don't get either a call or a email. and i really don't want to restart a new shop

There is no such thing as A login PIN on Etsy unless you have 2 factor authentication. Do you know why your shop was closed?

@2cclxlyi: Etsy says that the account behind .../shop/PopcornPub no longer exists so there is nothing for you to log into.

When you say "i was notified by etsy" exactly how did they do this?

@NanaLetha: Etsy does sometimes eMail a security code for login even when two factor authorization is not enabled and perhaps they have added text message or voice call as an option. But if Etsy deactivated the entire account there would be nothing to log into. Perhaps it is another example of a poorly worded information / error message that the original poster is receiving.

What were the nuts and popcorn infused with?  If they were similar to the 'Jack and Coke' popcorn, then I don't think you'll get reinstated.   Not only is selling food infused with booze against the rules, but so is using Jack Daniels' and Coca Cola's logos on the packages.

Waiting for a response from Etsy is probably a waste of time.

it was closed due to a inactive debit card. and they keep say for me to pay by the 15th of this month but i cant login.

They may have taken a closer look at your shop then. 

Were you selling liquor infused popcorn?  Were you using the brand names of other products to sell your popcorn? 

Did you notice if you had any listing(s) deactivated before when you were able to log in?

Your shop has been closed and your account deactivated so that would imply there are other issues at play here.

If Etsy closed your shop then there is no shop to login to. You can try appealing the shop closure.

I think there is more to this story. If you don’t pay your bill, they don’t close it until the 15th of the month.

You were infusing your popcorn with various types of alcohol which is against Etsy rules. That’s why they shut down your shop.
