having issuses listing my items

new to etsy having trouble with the listing button , 

it says zip code invaild try again before posting listing ,never had this issuse before .

still having trouble understanding the shipping title.and the zip code. 

it wont let me download my items to sell .

im not gifted in computers and get flustered when i dont understand how it works .

A lot of times with Etsy forms, when it says it won't accept it, just submit the form again and it will usually work the 2nd time. With zip codes, it is looking for a 5 digit number if you are in the US. If you are in a different country, it wants the format in your country without spaces. For example, if in your country you usually write it like AB 12 JH, enter it as AB12JH.
