Hi there i was hacked a year ago and after much going back and forth i was finally able to get my shop back and going. however there are tons of negative comments when the hacker took over and never sent the product. I have tried to reach someone with etsy but havnt heard anything back. Does anyone have any recommendations? Am i able for now to put a disclaimer in the discriptions of my products or something as an announcement? any help would be so much appreciated

Stars for reviews, top left, are calculated on the last 12 months, they always have been , since I started selling here in 2014
@CarpetCollectionAU - The OP's listings show shipping from California. They accept Etsy Payments, so I'd think location wouldn't be an issue unless they have moved and are trying to do the impossible & change shop currency, etc.
@JMOldeVintage True, but POD can ship from locations different to the Shop Location.
I was just thinking about why the New Shop set up is not working? The OP does not even seem to be getting past initial set up so it could be Location, Currency or "something else" such as a "permanent ban"? Of course, the "hacking" may have not been handled correctly by Etsy. In fact, I am pretty sure Etsy should have removed the Reviews which were left whilst the OP was not in charge of the Shop. That they have not done so is quite strange.
I asked the rep that yesterday and she agreed. I asked if they could delete and she said she would put ticket in but that it still may be better to open new shop. She did escalate so hoping i have some answers soon! I appreciate everyones help so so much!
