There are occasions when the inflexibility of the Etsy postage system works against sellers.
1. Occasionally I have a buyer buy two items on separate orders. I send them out together but need to buy postage for both and claim a refund. This seems to count as an untracked package. Combining separate orders to the same address should be possible
2. Recently I bought postage late one night but didn't get round to printing the labels until the next day. But the system wouldn't let me print them. So I had to buy them direct from the Royal Mail and request refunds. These are labelled as untracked
As a result I am below standard (94%) for despatch which is really unfair
