It must be an error with the tax info you entered here. Go back to the page where you set up your SS number and take a look at what you put in for your name and address.
The name you enter here has to be PRECISELY the same way it appears on your SS card.
The address you have on file here has to be exactly the same as it is on file with the IRS. For example, you can't put "smith street" here when the IRS has you down as living at "smith st."
Now that bots look at these things instead of actual people everything has to match down to the last dot. There isn't a clerk somewhere who would look at that and know it's "smith street" when looking at "smith st."
