Sign in not working properly

Is anyone having issues with the Etsy sign in?  Each time I sign in it will not work the first time and I have to do it a second time for it to work.

This is not good for customers.  I find it virtually impossible to contact Etsy.

Yes, it's been happening to me and others for a few weeks now:

It used to be that I just clicked 'sign in' again, but now that's grayed out.  Refreshing the page seems to work, for now anyway.

According to one seller who contacted Support, they are aware of it.  No idea if they're actually working on it though.

Thank you for the info Vintage Pineapple.  That is exactly what happened to me, it now takes 4 clicks to sign in instead of 3.  It is getting painful.  I'll have a read of the thread you sent.  I hope they are working on it because it will turn people off.
