Well you have 1 listing when I look at your shop. So unless you have listed & deactivated a bunch of other things then I would guess that you have 39 free listings left yes? 40-1=39
The count may show in shop manager > listings. If I recall correctly, sometimes free listing info shows up on that page, top right side of page where it says + add listing.
