etsy team member sir/madem with respectfully i wat to say that now my store showing vacation mode on . so my customer having trouble to unable purchase product . so i request that please vacation mode off your self .

@NewWarsiArt: Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Often when Etsy puts a shop into "Vacation Mode" it is because they need additional information from you. Have you checked your eMail (including spam / junk folders)?

They probably need to check your ID. Make sure you have uploaded the required documents to your shop account - Finances > Legal and tax information. Vacation mode will be turned off once they have verified your ID.

Shops in India must now accept Etsy Payments. You only have PayPal - that could be the reason.

they can choose paypal or etsy india payments, they don't have to have etsy india payments

Look to see if you have an email from Etsy.  Chances are it is ID or that you now need to accept Indai Etsy Payments.  Countries Eligible for Etsy Payments – Etsy Help
