failed to purchase shipping labels

so this morning I tried to ship my parcels and CP had the shipping button locked up..I found there was an issue, so waited all day to come back and see I can now use the button to ship but now I go to print and it says - failed to purchase shipping labels ? So I am assuming there are still ongoing issues ? anyone have the same problem?

Same issue here. Yesterday I was able to print shipping labels but not today.

well I hope they fix the problem because I do not want to pay the regular shipping price on the CP web site as that money comes out of my pocket and I loose. not fair at all

I had the same issue all morning. Around 3pm it let me buy about 50 labels. I just went to buy some more and it lets me go through the process, but ends up saying failed to purchase.
