You are right, I see no listings in your shop. You mention customers messaging you, but your shop also says 0 sales? Not sure but I think you can contact Etsy through your dashboard.
Go to “ help” on your dashboard-
I just checked your shop. It's really odd. It says you've been on Etsy for 10 years but have zero sales, no reviews or items. This is unsettling because it looks like your shop has been wiped clean. @ModAngie Can @kidsklosetbykerry s problem be sent to a specialist?
Thank you for looking. I was helping a customer and poof it was gone
When I view the shop it says she has been on Etsy for only 3 years, not 10 ..
Check the Listings tab on your Dashboard.
Are your listings in the "Deactivate" category?
Check your email, and your spam folder, for messages from Etsy.
Check your personal email for a possible message from Etsy. Also check your spam folder in case a message may have been put there.
When you see a shop page that shows something like “On Etsy 10 years” but has zero sales, no reviews, no policies, and no active listings (the way yours does), that’s almost always a sign that Etsy itself has closed or permanently suspended the shop.
If a seller just deactivates all their listings, you would still see their sales count, reviews, and shop policies — those don’t disappear. The empty look with everything scrubbed down to nothing is the “ghost page” Etsy leaves behind so links to that shop don’t break.
Etsy generally takes that step for serious reasons: repeated policy violations, counterfeit or IP claims, reselling in Handmade, unresolved billing or compliance issues, etc. The seller doesn’t have the ability to wipe their history that way.
So it’s safe to assume Etsy closed it. Possible reasons it may have happened:
Why Etsy Does This
Policy violations (IP/copyright, reselling in Handmade, counterfeit reports).
Repeated customer complaints or low star ratings.
Payment/billing problems or legal compliance issues.

@GroundZeroCreations I didn't realize a shop would simply be wiped. When I've seen a shop closed, Etsy has always shown a notation for shoppers sharing ____shop name____ is not selling. I seem to learn something new all the time in the forums.
I've never seen a shop wiped.
I've seen 'So and so is no longer selling on Etsy' or the vacation message often with the catching up on orders blurb. But I've never seen a total wipe.
I'd be worried about a hacker getting access to the account.
What were the items you were trying to list? It is possible Etsy may have blocked them due a certain word used or if the item is on their prohibited item list or if there were any licensing issues.
Your shop is incomplete ... no location, no about page, no shop policies, no seller info, etc. Finish getting your shop set up correctly/legally for the locations you ship to & from, and then try relisting an item and see if you have the same issues.
@TBQSC That’s a good idea, especially if there is no communication from Etsy. @kidsklosetbykerry What were you selling?
My shop had everything. Been selling for years. Only positive reviews
@kidsklosetbykerry -- When was your last sale in this shop? Do you have any other shops on Etsy?
Looks like bots gone wild.
@UppNorthEh This may be the case. I just noticed my viewing stats are up by 594% today. I can't imagine these were all from humans. The bots may be running amuck!
Sunglasses with embellishments on them. Same ones for years
Either Etsy has mad a big mistake, and hopefully restores your shop.
Or, perhaps there's been some kind of change with selling the sunglasses that you were selling.
Were the sunglasses that you embellished for children? It sounds like it, from the name of your shop.
The government has many requirements for selling children's items.
Whatever happened, I hope you get it sorted out, are able to communicate with Etsy somehow, to get some answers.
@kidsklosetbykerry had this happen to me I thought it was due to violation but what I was told was they got deleted and Etsy had to undelete them and then I had to reactivate them all. It took about 4 days to fix and I was back up in a few days
Hope that's the case
How do I even talk to Etsy
@InkSplashDesign1 A violation would not reset the number of sales to zero.
Good point
This site is so messed up it's ptactically criminal. Along with having your shop wiped totally blank it says your last activity was Jan 2022
