everything in my shop is gone

When I log into my shop all my listing are gone.  Customers messaged me, I can see messages but non of my listings.  What can I do I can not figure out how to have ETSY help me.

@kidsklosetbykerry -- is it possible you were selling any licensed name brand items in your Etsy shop (Disney, Nautica, US Polo, etc)?  Have you ever received any Intellectual Property notices filed against your shop from any licensed name brands?  It's possible Etsy received one and had to take legal action against your shop.  Of course I am just guessing ... just trying to help you get to the bottom of this dilemma!

Go to Help and open a ticket and no matter what canned response you get back, keep saying I still need help. Try to get to chat.

Yep, all I see is an empty shop that has been here for 10 years. Hope you can get your listings back soon.
