etsy not allowing me to choose ground advantage for some of my orders

The same product I've been shipping for 3 1/2 years and 99% via ground advantage.  Today (8/13/24) Etsy is not allowing me to choose ground advantage.  Turned computer off, back on, still not working for some of my orders.  HELP

For some reason Chrome is not working well with Etsy lately ... the resolution many sellers are finding works best is to use a different browser ... hope you find success!

@BuckleberrieQuilts  Etsy's shipping has been buggy for a lot of people.  Here are two solutions:

1. Try a different browser.  This usually works.
2. Use PirateShip to buy the label.
