Sales and Discounts missing "Order Minimum" this month.

Is anyone else having this issue?

For the last six years I have ran a monthly Sale (not a promo code) offering 20% off on orders "over $25.00"

This month is now missing the "Order minimum" so if I want to create a sale, it just has to be 20% off everything. No minimum.

The Promo Code still has the option for this, but not "Run a Sale"

The Etsy seller app is having the same issue as my P.C.!

Etsy's help stated "we have not received a report from this option not being available anymore, so it should work fine, but since you are not seeing it , we recommend the following: try switching to the app/pc website -try logging out and in -make sure your browser is updated -changing the browser you are using -and clearing cookies and cache and then , try to start a new sale from the beginning to see if now it works."

None of this worked for me.

It's working fine for me. As Etsy said, try using a PC if you are using an app. Try a browser you don't normally use. Clear your cookies. You probably caught one of the many temporary Etsy glitches and now it is stuck in your browser or cookies.

I do not have the option to apply an order minimum requirement for my sales... and I'm not really sure I have had the option for a while. However, I have the option to set an Order Minimum under the section for "Encourage Bigger Orders"... so I am thinking they DID move it! Seems silly that Etsy help doesn't know that, though. : / I don't know if it acts the same, but it seems to be set up similar to the way you would have run a sale before, so you could try that. Maybe try it for a short period to see if it's what you want? You should be able to cancel it if you don't want to run it, though.
