etsy cannot hook up to my bank?

This is weird, I got as notice saying I needed to update my bank account.

So I tried, I typed in my bank name but then it says it cannot coonect to that

bank at all.  I do not know what to do.  I have been geting paid just fine untill now

it says I will not be getting paid.
