error tecnico con la obtención vendedor estrella

Hola,  este mes he obtenido en mi tienda las puntaciones necesarias para obtener la insignia de vendedor estrella, pero en mi tienda no se muestra tal reconocimiento y me indica que siga intentandolo, que debo hacer? gracias

Have you had the minimum number of sales and minimum total dollars of sales? You can achieve the three criteria, but if you are a small shop and don't meet those minimums, you don't get star seller.

The star seller thing takes effect on the first of the month.  It's already April 1st for you in Spain, but still only March 31st EST (Etsy Standard Time).

Your review average is 4.75 which is just under the required 4.8

Etsy doesn't round up, they see this as 4.7
