error message while uploading a new item

I can't seems to publish a new items on etsy, The messages ,"Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support." I changed from safari browser to chrome, no luck still. 

Can anybody explain what happen? I don't have big files, I have filled up all the requirements, 

please help

I had the same issue, I switched back to the "old version" of the listing page and it worked then.
