deactivated for shipping

I currently have over 30 listings that have the read text "deactivated by etsy" on them. I am unable to activate these listings and did not recieve an email detailing why they were deactivated. There is simply no explanation to help me understand what I need to do or what was ground for deactivation. I can not find help through theyre help center or any answers online. My only thought is that I need to now sit and re-list OVER 30 LISTINGS? That is ridiculous and probably my only choice. It is infuriating that I cannot get any answers to what went wrong. Does anyone know if I can even activate these listings or do I really need to re-list every single one, most with several variations.

Re: deactivated for shipping

Don’t relist until you know why they were deactivated. If they were deactivated for a rule violation your shop could be closed

Re: deactivated for shipping

Don't try to reactivate them. Etsy could close your shop permanetly  if you do so after they deactivated that many

We can only guess here since we cannot see what they were --but seeing that your items are  plant related it may be due to the fact that recently Etsy has been taking down a lot of plant related items that the bots "think" are toxic, invasive or otherwise pose a danger of one sort or another

Re: deactivated for shipping

@Dybeeapothecary did you by any chance use the word "amber"? That's one reason they would be deactivated. I would go to chat support and inquire about more info before you do anything. They can reinstate the listings if it was an error. Chat support is through your Shop Manager>Community & Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy> I still need help

Re: deactivated for shipping

@Dybeeapothecary  FYI, I clicked on a couple of your sections but there's no listing! For example, the Dried Flowers section says 1 but when I click on it, there's no listing.

Re: deactivated for shipping

Based on the listings removed it looks like about 56 are gone.

Re: deactivated for shipping

Have you checked your spam file in emails.  The email could be hung up.

From what is currently in your shop, it is possible those listings may have violated the drug and herbal prohibitions Etsy has.  Or what information you can include in listings.  If it mentions healing in any way that can be the issue.

Do not relist until you talk to Etsy.
