Why are my photo listings showing super sized and blurry?

This happened all of a sudden. Half my listing photos are all out of whack out of nowhere. Anyone else experiencing this?

They look fine. It sounds like you accidentally increased the zoom level of your browser.

Sounds like this could be the issue.  I clicked into your Shop and the photos look good.

Woke up this morning to find a large number of my listings have a black box where the thumbnail should be. Or really zoomed in photos. I am able to correct most of them in "adjust thumbnail". HUGE time suck. Did a little research. It is not just me. Something is clearly wrong with Etsy.

It's not just you, something is going on on Etsy's side with the thumbnails.

Same thing just happened in my shop. Listings looked fine until 1 hour ago. Black boxes, zoomed in and blurry photos. Don’t see any site issues announced by Etsy. Hope this gets resolved quickly!

I don't see anything announced either.  But there have been so many glitches lately, and not all are announced.

I'm having the same issues on Chrome and Safari with MacBook. Also, when updating a listing description, typing in the text was painfully slow and wouldn't update in real time, if that makes sense. I would type it in and then each letter would come on super slow.

A seller went to chat support and apparently it was fixed promptly (for that seller)
