deactivated by Etsy in ERROR still blocked

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to address this to the forum as no one is answering to my ticket anymore and i have no clue on how to get help by phone or chat as someone said, managed to do.

I have all my listing deactivated in error by etsy on february.

I opened a ticket and they replayed "After reviewing your account, we’ve determined that your listing was suspended in error. Your listing has been reinstated." but it wasn't true.

All them were still with the note "deactivated by etsy" in red.

Every time I try to manually activate them myself appears a pop-up saying that my listing are "missing of the required shipping info that helps calculate estimated delivery times"..  WHICH IS NOT TRUE. 

I was able to reactivate just one listing, and also rewriting all the shipping info identical to the only one accepted by the system, but I still get that message.. and so I'm stock this way, with 119 blocked listing SINCE FEBRUARY.

I wrote back several time to the support asking for help to solve this but no one ever wrote me back.

Can you please help me to understand how can I get back in the market?

Only Etsy can look into and resolve this as they have blocked your account. If you are not getting a response via chat and email try contacting them on Social media

They would have all run out of their 4 months, so none would have been active

You can't re-activate listings that etsy de-activates.

the one that you "re-activated" was probably the one etsy said they had said they de-activated in error, so you relisted, not re-activated.

only etsy can help you with the others
