that is 100% a scam.  Etsy doesn't need your email - they already have it.  Some of the really isideous scammers have mimicked Etsy chat to get your financial info.  Don't reply, mark as spam.

No hagas ni caso, es scam, una estafa para hacerse con tus datos. Contéstales diciendo que se pongan en contacto con Etsy y ya está.
