Can't Req Postal Pick Up

I'm trying to request a pickup for the USPS Postal service. When I fill out the information and push select pickup, I get an error saying, "Executing query outside of transaction while another transaction is active". What does this mean? It won't let me request a pickup.

I have been having this same problem since last week. I am scheduling on the USPS for pick ups until this is fixed. It's a bit aggravating !
