customers cannot add the product to the cart

Good afternoon, I have a problem in the store, customers write that they cannot add the product to the cart and make a purchase, respectively, the store has been without sales for almost a week now. Please help, Irina

I can add items of yours to my cart,

however, you are a paypal only shop, so if they have other items in their cart, that are from etsy payments shops, they will not be able to purchase, until they remove the other items

Buyer want more payment options other than just Paypal

if the buyer chooses paypal, then checkout in paypal as guest, they can pay by card
