Does anyone know how to get ahold of Etsy?  So frustrating trying to send them a message and all I keep getting are a list of help categories.  They show I am 6 days overdue to send out an item, yet I refunded it right away and it shows it was refunded but still shows overdue.

Did you cancel the order? You need to do this as well as refunding to "close the order" and have it all finished with.

That's because you only refunded transaction, you didn't cancel it as well.

@DesignsbyJanUS click the three dots on the order and select Cancel - follow through with prompts.  Must be done on PC/laptop.  Next time, if you choose the cancel option first, it will also refund in full at the same time.
