Last week i had a costomer who ordered something from my shop but the color he chose isnt available anymore. I already wrote him twicht that he needs to chose a new color but he doesnt answer. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?
Then cancel an order with a note explaining why.
If it isn't available it should not have been listed where he could purchase. Just cancel the order and refund the customer. They can reorder if they want a different color.
Yeah thats what i wrote him and i already took the listing out. The problem is, that he is not answering
