customer not receiving discount on qualified purchase

I am a brand new shop owner on etsy.

On 10/8 at 6pm, I set up my discount of "purchase 3 or more to receive 15% off". I thought the discount would appear automatically when a customer went to check out.

On 10/9 at 3:11pm, a sale occurred that qualified for the discount; however, the customer did not receive the discount at check out. Did the customer need to do something at check out or is there something wrong with the way I set up the discount.

It shows as "Active" and displays the start date as preceding the purchase date.

Thank you any help you can provide.

I don't see any discount off in your shop. I see where you mention it in the description but that is all.

Maybe you didn't set it up correctly under "marketing/sales".
If set up correctly the buyer doesn't have to do anything.

I added 3 items to my cart and it did not take off 15%.
I tried adding 3 of the same items and 3 different items and neither worked.

The only thing I see in your shop is the "free shipping guarantee" for orders of $35 or more.

Thank you for taking the time to investigate my issue and respond. I deactivated my previous 15% off code and set up a new 15% off for 3 or more on Tuesday 10/11 at 6:30am cst.  I entered 15 in the % off field and the number 3 and created the code. I then see it as active on my list of codes but it is not working. This is so frustrating. I cannot figure out why. Again, thank you for taking the time to test it.

I put three of your items in my cart and all I got at checkout was the total of the three plus shipping costs.  There is no option for 15% off and you don't appear to have any kind of coupon code set up.

There is definitely something wrong with the way this is set up - I would not have gotten 15% off for buying 3.
