Unavailable in your region

I am having an issue with my coaster page. I have been steadily selling coasters on Etsy for over a year now, I went to edit my coaster page and upon saving it and trying to preview the post, a page popped up stating that “the item is unavailable in your region”. The item I have been selling in the states for over a year now, is no longer available to me or anyone in my region. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to set where you will ship in your Shipping Settings. If you don't set up a particular country, it won't be available in that country. If you are in the US and use calculated shipping,  you can just check or uncheck the boxes for each country, but in other countries or if you use flat rate, you have to set up each country separately is my understanding.

Etsy has been tightening the rules regarding importation of plants and seeds into the USA.

Your items may have been caught up in the changes.

Certain woods are endangered and have been restricted for sale (CITES species).  

I believe a species of Mesquite is on the list, which may be causing you trouble.  Best to look into it.
