Is there any way to get a list and message all past customers with a special offer?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

you're not supposed to do that.

in fact, in some places it is against the law.

unless someone opts in to receive communications from you, you are restricted to just communicate about the current order.

No. You have no authority to contact them after a successful delivery.

Yes but only if you want Etsy to close your shop

The only way to get a list and message past customers is if you had them sign up for a mailing list at the time of their purchase. Then you'd have nice, neat list of all past customers. If you didn't do it then, then no, you cannot do this.

@LangleysCreations: Too late for past customers, but start a list with someone like MailChimp and include something in all of your outgoing shipments inviting them to sign up so you can contact them legally in the future.
