From now until Mother's Day I want to include a free gift for all orders over $20.  Any idea how to do this other than editing each listing to explain it?  Any ideas would be appreciated!

Just include in the package

You can put the note in your welcome message. you can update your shop banner to indicate it.

but I wouldn't have time to update all of my listings for anything like that. When I have a sample or gift for a customer, I just tuck it in. Most of the time (like 90%) they don't acknowledge it or say thanks. But I do like to do that, so I continue.

@LangleysCreations: If you mean like a "coupon" so it shows on your listings automatically, the answer is no. @CoquetteBath has a good idea, but do keep in mind that most of your (potential) buyers will probably never go to your shop home page.
