csv not downloading

I am trying to download the csv for orders and Etsy payment sales. The page says: 

We're generating your download and will email you a link to it when it's ready.

The email never comes through, and I cannot get my data. Is anyone else having this issue? The emails with the link came right away when this email thing started with the csv downloads. Are they delayed now? Thank you for any help.

Usually it downloads anyway without the need to wait for the email.  Check your downloads to see if it is there.  The download is an Excel document so you might need to open Excel to find it.

Thank you for your reply. The downloads are not in my excel and they are not in my computer downloads. They are not anywhere to be found. Etsy uses this email daily for everything else associated with this shop. Not sure what to do. Need my data.

Tried 3 different browsers and 4 different computers. Nothing showing up anywhere in emails or downloads or excel.

Update. I have 3 shops here two of them are downloading the csv fine, but this shop will not send the csv to my email. The email address is correct and has been this shops email address for 14 years.

If it's not working then use one of your other browsers to log in for it to generate the email if it is working on others.

The downloads just now came through for this shop It took 2 hours. My other two shops were instant. Hope this was just a temporary glitch.

Some sellers have experienced big delays getting their data downloaded... and some sellers don't even get the emails. Some have contacted chat & the chat agents sent the files. Something to think about if you ever need the files fast & the emails aren't coming.

Experiencing the same issue as you did today. Yesterday it was working just fine for one shop, today it's not working on either shop. Hopefully better tomorrow

Just to update on this. Spoke to a CS rep via the chat as today I still wasn't getting reports.    They  confirmed there was a minor issue with them and it should be resolved soon. (though obv didn't give me any more details than that)

Usefully though, he was able to help me get all the reports I needed so that was great.  Would advise folks to contact them to ask for getting copies of the reports if you're having similar trouble
