Continuo a segnalare che c'è un problema tecnico nel conteggio del messaggi di risposta!!! poi è ovvio che si perda onon si guadagni la stella di venditore stellato! io rispondo quasi in tempo reale, sempre! ma i messaggi di risposta non vengono conteggiati!
possibile che non ci sia un servizio clienti? una assistenza ai venditori? ho provato a contattare l'assistenza in ogni modo: in chat, via email, e qui sul forum!! o che venga risolto questo problema?
Etsy doesn't change the star seller stats, they point you here.
If you download the csv file, you will see which ones etsy thinks you are missing.
make sure you reply in a browser, in the messages section
@Lilliputstreasures: "... but the reply messages are not counted!" Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
If Etsy is saying that you did not answer (or mark as spam) a new Message thread within 24 hours, check the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page. When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.
